Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle refunds:

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives broken, leaking, or otherwise damaged, please contact us within a day of delivery. Email us at silkyzest@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged item(s)

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 10 hours of placing it. After that, we may have already begun processing or shipping your order and won’t be able to cancel.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or scent strength (each candle is handcrafted)

  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Candles used or burned significantly
